Early Industrial Mining Centre Bad Hofgastein

If you continue walking from the Adventure Arena on the comfortable hiking trail for about an hour, you will reach the Knappenwelt – the early industrial mining centre – and get an exciting impression of the miners’ austere life in the 15^th century.

Within guided tours interested visitors are able to view the miners’ accommodation, the worksmanager’s house, the forge and the old furnaces.
